Draw very light lines to help line them up and keep them in the same proportions.

Like, the size of the eyes, draw two parallel lines to each other at a slight curve to keep them the same size.

to get them done good the only way is practie,at first try COPYING an anime image,and see how ur hand moved while drawing the lines perfectly ,like...put the paper on the screen,it will show trough the paper,then practice and practice and practive my friend^^ it's the only way =3
