Nobody really knows I read that in 1500 cane corso where recreated with the bulldog wich is now extint wich was probably a boxer. But still pitbull owners claim it was a pitbull but there is no proof either way. Use your best judgement if they dont look like other Corso's they probably aint Corsos.

as you can see in my vid's they look like cc imo and those of others also ...im not worryd at all about that.

dei re di roma Im not sure but I think this a city in Sicily. If i'm not wrong its where the dogs are from it could be more than one kennel.

@res30bat Rei di Roma is a kennel.. breeder of some famous dogs like Baronessa, Barone, and have dogs in their program from well known kennels like Fosso Corno, Rosso Malpelo, etc. Where did you buy your bitch from?

Bullshit, sorry. Cane Corso has been totally isolated in his region of origin (Puglia) since ever. In Puglia nobody would import any dog till the 60ies, and they have been really wary of foreign breed. Plus Pitbull in Italy was imported only in the last thirty years. The only common blood of Corso is with the Neapolitan Mastiff. But if you see the breeds of that regions (including Sicily), you will find that also in extinted breeds, you can trace common patterns.

I said thats what I read I never claimed or nore was I trieng to imply that any mutt ass pitbull was added to the Cane Corso blood. Dogman AKA white trash claim that. As for the boxer thing its what i read. But then again I also read that the Neo and Cane corso are the same dog just differnent versions. I dont think its not cruel to say if the a cane corso looks like most corso's its probably a good buy!

@carnypimp <------ well I found out from my cane corso papers I only 1 of the full blooded cane corso and there not tall at all but they do looks like Neapolitan Mastiff and the original Old English Bulldog 25" is all you should get out of the cane corso anything taller is a cross breed mutt or bandog

A cane corso can get 179lbs but it would be way to fat and it will be dead before its five. All mastiffs have gene as to where if you feed them to much as a pup they can grow to big and if the guy is not lieng. His dog will have horrible deadly HD!

Congrats on the win, there were a lot of gorgeous dogs at that show, definitely some stiff competition. That stinks that in Italy they won't let people do the ear cropping and tail docking, the Corsi have a much sleeker, athletic look when it's done properly. We hope to enter our Corso Thor in some shows next year, we're working on his training.

cane corso is the best dog i have ever had. they just know what you think and poor training is enough. they don't need to be shouted at, they will never disappoint. now in italy is forbidden to cut ears and tail, however some idiot breeder still do it. the only bad point of this fantastic breed is that they lives are short (12 years on average). they are great with kids and with all animals they get used with.

@pazzoct90 Il Corso cresce fino ai due anni, anche se a mio modo di vedere il meglio lo si ottiene dai tre anni ai sei. Purtroppo non e' una razza molto longeva, ma sono talmente fantastici che vale la pena averli.
