Her bangs are long because that is how the old Sam's are. She is pre-mattel. I want her SO bad. JLY dolls were not released until after 1991 neither was Kit so Sam is older. She is vinyl just like the new ones but her vinyl is softer. I want a pre-mattel Sam so bad. Also the bangs are long because the older Sam's had pie bangs they are thicker and longer. I want one so bad.

#1 kit and the ag today there is no way, absoloutly no way that they are as old as samantha, ag today came out in 1995 and kit came out in 2000, so there is no way.
