I thought Supergrass were great, I loved the Levellers, and everything else. Fairport were brilliant, Midge Ure was fine, and Robert Plant was a brilliant bonus, plus all the different female vocalists in the tribute to Sandy Denny were marvellous. I love Cropredy, and it's immaterial what kind of festival people want to label it as. If you want Folk, go to the Cambridge festival or suchlike. Cropredy is a friendly and magical experience, sold out or not. Let's just enjoy the music.

Great night, levelers were better in my opinion though. Supergrass had no stage presence throughout the first few songs :(

Cropredy has NEVER been a folk festival. Have a word with Peggy if you don't believe me (hmmm, Jethro Tull a folk band? Steve Harley a folk singer?)

Your a nob, cropredy isnt like a official folk festival, it just has mainly folk because fairport are folky. There is nothing wrong with something like this being there, maybe they are just trying to get a different crowd.
