Imagine this... who are the biggest victims of sexual harassment ... guys ... from other guys. Guys put each other down all day, calling each other ugly, talking about each others mothers, making fun of the people they dated ... this doesn't mean the guys don't like each other ... it's like playing emotional chess in which losing is getting angry or even crying or whining about it ... the winner is the guy that takes it all and gives it back better. This TEST YOUR STRENGTH is imperative to test the merit of a leader because as a leader he/she is going to be pulled in every social, physical, moral, intellectual way. If harsh words make him or her crumple, that person doesn't have the merit for all the other leadership tests. Females think that male criticism at work is 'sexist based.' It's are you 'strong enough' based. The strongest one gets to lead. Imagine Glengarry Glen Ross. Tough guys actin tough. Pacino was toughest and best.

In the military or law or sports, the guy that can't take the harsh words are the guys that aren't allowed to lead. The guys that bounce back better get the lead positions.... now when these men use these TEST YOUR EMOTIONAL STRENGTH tactics on women, which is a part of the social initiation into being a leader ... the females take it personally and yell hey that's harassment. And it is but you don't say that ... you take throw back hard words harder and the criticizer goes "wow she's strong"

To be equal YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE THE TREATMENT... that's your test as a STRONG person. Men mistreat men to test their personal strength such as in the military. If you want a leadership position you have to be able to take ALL THE PUNCHES FROM ALL PEOPLE without taking it personally. If you take criticism in stride you earn the respect of the criticizer. If you fold and crumple you don't. Guys in military and police talk crap on each other all day, to see who has the inner strength.
