Damon has to basically lie on his deathbed before Elena forgives him yet Stefan did the same thing (feeding Elena his blood) and just like that she's already on the verge of forgiving him and even thanks him and she's also the one feeling guilty for not telling Stefan about the kiss?! @chicmau19 well in perspective Stefan is still recovering from Klaus's inhumanity compulsion, of which is much stronger then personal switch off, in a way he did it for her so the hybrids will go, of which one tried to kill Jeremy but nearly killed Alaric... and most of all Damon has done it numerous times to her to threaten Stefan via try to kill her - S did it once

Omg i just about cried. And elena has to know that something is wrong. Because damon is never this nice. As much as I'd love to see Delena happen, i don't feel like Elena deserves Damon anymore! Damon's always protecting her and doing everything for her and she doesn't appreciate it. I don't get this scene really. She always says she is going to hate him forever.He turned and killed her friend she forgave him. Abused one of her friends forgave him heck hardly cared about that one. He killed her brother and she forgave him. All those and more she forgave pretty easily. Then he tries to turn her, saves her without her turning, and she needs a lot of time? You can forgive him killing your brother faster then him saving you?
