That is absolutely Jesse Campbell singing, however Mjstinkerbell1 might have meant the lady doing the vocals at the intro to the song? Her voice sounds like an angel! This is one of the most AMAZING songs I have ever heard!! It is something that I would have expected from Michael in the second half of his life. More peaceful, more mellow, more MICHAEL!!
