if u havent gotten ur answer, u can switch between normal and rockbox. if u are in rockbox and u want it normal, u hold down menu and center button to boot it. when it shows the apple u push the hold button to on. then ur on normal settings..................if u want to go back u hold down menu and center again then when it shows apple u hold down center and play button. once it says ok to disconnect, u boot it again with menu and center...wait...rockbox again =D
