Haha. just got their so-called report supposedly from Google what they are charging SuperMedia for my keywords. Well, I go into my own Adwords acct. and see a HUGE price difference. Super Media claims Not to make a penny more than what Google charges them, however Super Media is charging Me 4 Times what Google charges for the Exact Keyword phrase [phrase, broad, exact] These are Devils wearing a Shark suit.

I signed up with them a while back for a "pay per click" program. I had $100 a month budgeted. If the budget ran out, my ad would automatically be pulled. Well.. I noticed my account would "max out" every month; yet I received not one lead or any additional web traffic from the ad. I suspected click fraud and declined to refill my account. Idearc / Supermedia went ahead and charged my account for two months of ads that I never received. I disputed it, and Idearc sent me into collections.

I work for SuperMedia, and know the problems under IDEARCMEDIA......But we do perform services...SuperMedia went bankrupt do you knwo for what reasons?! Because VerizonFios dumped their debt on us! SuperMedia does what we are supposed to do. We put the best potential customers and leads in front of businesses. We don't guarantee you will see a dime of money from them. It depends on the offer the business gives.

If you go with anyone that guarantees business, that's very dumb and ill advised.

In the locksmith industry Idearc Media or SuperMedia are known for overcharging and making it impossible to cancel any account. beware if you do business with Idearc Media or SuperMedia. I speak from first hand experience.

Hi Stan, I worked for Idearc media and I am aware of the importance the company puts on short-term growth. I am convinced that their goal is 100% customer turnover due to advertiser billing errors and poorly performing on-line products. The bankruptcy protection filing proceedures were downplayed and talking points were issued to sales. What were the"fake contracts", the RAP system? I have friends who still work there and would hate to see them removed for what a few people may have done.
