They did the same thing in sweden a couple of years ago. You know that you are at a hardcore concert when the crowd are streatching before the show.

wall of death started out like 4 or 5 dudes with their arms over eachothers shoulders just runnin thru the crowd. you can see a pic of it on the inside of the blood sweat n no tears LP

Sick Of It All pioneered it with the original Braveheart. At old Sick Of It All concerts, people would form a huge wall and just run into anyone in their way. Eventually it became organized and is what you see above.
