To hell with the Wolf-bashers! Blaze never sounded better than he did with Wolfsbane. He sounds cool, confident and really awesome! There was a perfect match between the humor and the high energy of the band, the screaming guitar solos and Blaze's cool voice. This is the REAL Blaze Bayley. The confident lead singer of a kick-ass band. Not "the guy who wasn't really able to replace Bruce Dickinson", who I feel he turned into after (and maybe even during) his years with Maiden.

I love Blaze so much, he was amazing with Maiden and his solo stuff was immense. However he fucked off a lot of people calling time with his solo band for Wolfsbane, a band he fucked off for Maiden. Grass isn't always greener Blaze! This is shit in comparison to Promise and Terror I guess the title is apt.

In comparison to Blazes solo work this is a slap in the face. If the whole record is going in that direction, they wimp out before they actually began. I always liked the raw sound of Wolfsbane and Blazes Promise And Terror is my favorite record to date. And now it comes to this! Listen to that background - hell it's 2011!!! To be honest, I'm really sad, that we - the die hard blaze bayley fans - coundn't make it to keep them on the road. And that they really have to make it for the money now.
