  • to my fellow rangers....make it home safe boys so your girls never have to read this...wish i was still out there with you...rangers lead the way!!!

  • I love the song and the video. I have family and friends in the armed forces and when i hear this song i stop what i am doing to pray, that there will be a time that we do not need to have soldiers and in till that time i am praying that they will be safe and be home soon.

so thank you for the reminder and the video

  • why would somewon dislike this song or video SMH

  • semper fi till i die

  • i come from a long line of service men and women, and i have seen what serving did to my father and my grandparents, but i have also seen the pride with which they live. I have seen the way they lived their lives, always with the values the military instilled them with, and I couldnt be prouder. I'm joining after high school, and I'm proud to say im following in my daddy's footsteps.

    God Bless the troops!

  • im going 2 become a marine i dont care wat others say i will i safe my comrades and i will lay down my lif 4 thim i will follow my daddys footsteps

  • I HAVE SEVERAL FRIENDS IN THE ARMED FORCES MY BUDDY DAN HAD LOST HIS LEFT LEG TO AN RPK MACHINEGUN NEST IN A BUILDING IN IRAQ HE IS MY FRIEND A ND HERO THEY SAID HE ALMOST DIDNT MAKE IT

  • If you are serving our Country , You were the chosen one or you chose to enlist , sound to me like someone with some anger and regret , post pardom depression ... maybe . The service Men & Women should be held in high regard and be commended for their Service to this Country ... GOD BLESS THE SOLDIERS WHO FOUGHT FOR OUR FREEDOM AND THOSE LIVES LOST ... GOD BLESS USA...

  • I don't support these wars we are in, but I do support our troops! If you don't then get the fuck out of America! So many people have been killed and injured for your freedom and you can't even give them a god dam thank you. Same on you!

  • @JustATadpole that is exactly what you are a young fuck that has never sacrificed something in your life. It is all about you and the what you see as wrong. People like you seriously piss me off. You are a waste of space and freedom that Military Members provide for you. Your mother should have swallowed and you never even been given the chance at freedom. Shut the fuck up and let the Men handle something you are to ignorant and to much of a pussy to do. This Veteran Says FUCK OFF!

  • @6XIraqiVet Murdering innocent people with no connections to al-Qaeda does not make me a safer person, nor does it protect my freedom. This endless war our government is waging simply makes the nation less safe. The Abu Ghraib incident and recent incident of Marines urinating on the dead contributes to the damage our nation faces in security. We should only be fighting al-Qaeda, not the thousands of other people that die by our nation's actions.

  • This song makes me cry every time I hear it. As an Army wife, the fear of deployment is real. My husband was already deployed, and to have that happen again is unimaginable. It's hard to even talk about the future because it feels like taboo. My heart goes out to all the military families out there with loved ones deployed and the families who have suffered a great loss. These men and women will NEVER be forgotten!

  • @aa3014 be strong and always pray for him,God will bless their troops,God will take care of them to the hand of their enemies,he will not put them down but God will put them up..i will pray to all soldiers in the world that they will come home alive, safe and sound. God bless your family...

  • Don't blame our troops--the people out there fighting for your freedom, your right to walk down the street, to eat at McDonalds, to have more than one child, to wear what you want, to speak your mind...Everything you have, giving their lives so you can be happy. Risking everything they have and more for you, for what our military does. Blame the pesident who sends them out. And no, I'm not saying I'm against Obama. Troops deserve more respect.

  • No matter what troops of any country does, they are doing it all for the better good of their people or what they think is the better good at the time. No one person is perfect, and the same goes for countries and every military out there, including ours. There are plenty of things in our country we shouldn't be proud of. But there are more that we should be proud of. My love and respect for the troops could not be stronger! I love you guys! You're my heros! <3

  • i personally think that we could skip the commentary about how we are "slaughtering" people on a song that is for people who died at war. They deserve that much respect.

  • Comment removed

  • Killing thousands of innocent citizens for my "freedom". Thanks America.

  • @JustATadpole where's your proof bud?

  • @McFinagain Any news source

  • @JustATadpole Misinformed, obviously. If I were you I think I'd be blaming the terrorists and insurgents who use children and women as human shields and who chose to have their wars in the streets of towns and in marketplaces. Unfortunately, in every war, you are going to have innocent causalities, but it is not the goal of our military to kill innocent people. I see you're siting news sources which misinform. Maybe you should actually witness things firsthand before you talk.

  • @JustATadpole And fyi, I'm the wife of an Army veteran who served two tours in Iraq as an infantryman who was on the ground day in and day out and who dealt with the Iraqi people on a daily basis. That includes Baghdad, patrolling during their first election, etc. You really shouldn't believe everything you hear in the news.

  • @jkmycko1 Yes, and I have friends who served and feel there is no purpose for the troops to be in Afghanistan anymore. Of course not all soldiers share the same opinions. I am not misinformed, we have slaughtered civilians in the thousands in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. The reason al-Qaeda is deeply upset with America isn't because they "hate freedom", but it's due to the massive amount of civilian life lost during the first Gulf War due to our actions.

  • @JustATadpole I wasn't commenting on the war as a whole. You just can't generalize and say we've "slaughtered" thousands of civilians because that implies that it was on purpose...which it wasn't. Unfortunately, civilians get caught in the crossfire, especially in this type of war. And also, al-Qaeda doesn't make up the entire country or it's views but is rather a militant Islamist terrorist organization that doesn't care who it kills...men, women, children, soldiers, etc.

  • @jkmycko1 You're correct that al-Qaeda does not make up an entire country, it makes up no country. It's a small organization that we unfortunately invaded many countries simply to chase. We did intentionally kill thousands of citizens, to take out specific targets we intentionally bomb entire buildings or mosques filled with innocent people. We murder people who are defending their towns and homelands from US invasion even though these people had nothing to do with 9-11

  • @JustATadpole we don't invade mosques, even if people are shooting out of them.

  • @lexylu141 There are many things the military isn't suppose to do, just like the occupation of Iraq itself being that it was an illegal occupation under America's own laws. Still, mosques have been destroyed by the US military.

  • Comment removed

  • @lexylu141 They wouldn't be shooting at the military if they weren't wrongfully occupying the lands and homes of other people. al-Qaeda caused 9-11, yet we've murdered thousands that had no connection to al-Qaeda. As a nation we've become less safe due to the large number of enemies we've created. You occupy a town, wreck homes, murder citizens, all for actions these people did not commit, you shouldn't be surprised that they start fighting back.

  • @JustATadpole this is america, we are taking care of us, and the freedoms we have, if you cant support this country, feel free to find a different one.

  • @lexylu141 We are plunging our country into debt, creating numerous enemies, and having thousands of US military killed in a pointless war. How does this protect my freedom in any way?

  • @JustATadpole hey FUCK U MOV 2 IRAK IF U DONT LIK IT ASSHOLE PUSSYBITCH

  • @insaneEMOlady I will not because I love America and I don't want to see service men and women die in a pointless war, nor do I want to see our nation murdering civilians, destroying homes, and occupying nations that have no connection with al-Qaeda. Should I support the pointless deaths of our troops, would that somehow make me patriotic? Should I support the military's high suicide rate? Should I support making our many serving men and women suffer from PTSD?

  • @JustATadpole Excuse me if we're fighting nations that have nothing to do with al- Qaeda WHO DO YOU THINK WE'RE FIGHTING THEN!!!!!!!!

  • @NmanXwantedX We have murdered many Iraqis, and continue to slaughter Afghanis today. The majority of the people we fight are those attempting to defend their lands against the near decade of occupation from the US military. How about you educated yourself a little bit?

  • @JustATadpole Okay, that had nothing to do with what I said. If you believe that strongly in it and want to be heard, Youtube is not that place to be. Go out and campaign for it. Make it heard through a way that isn't a video sight that you can post useless crap on. Very little of anything on Youtube goes farther than Youtube. So again...just stop trying to ruin the video/song for people. It's rude. :\

  • @iirawrd I'm not going to stop spreading the truth simply because it's rude.

  • @JustATadpole Evidently you missed my point. No reason to get on HERE and be rude about it. Go out and do something. If you want it heard than actually get off Youtube and go do it. Also it's only truth if you yourself witnessed it. Otherwise it canbe distorted in anyway, shape, or form. Whether or not it is doesn't matter. Point is it can be. If you can actually prove it...than go out and tell the world...Not Youtube.

  • @iirawrd If you wish to go down that line, even things witnessed cannot be proven as true, and we can go down an endless spiral where all we are left with is accepting that nothing can be proven true.

  • @JustATadpole Honestly...I got bored and you are an easy target to get riled up. If you want be heard...I support that. You're clearly passionate about this. So...take it somewhere big to be heard. Not really. Witnessing something and proving it's a fact is sometimes a difficulty. Whether or not others know it's a fact...in the end the person witnessing it does. As long as what they're witnessing isn't a trick of the mind.

  • @iirawrd You know there have been numerous incidents where multiple people witness the same thing, yet their reports come out differently. You can't defend the idea of a person's eyes being an account of the absolute truth, simply due to human errors. But like I said, this will just turn into a silly spiraling argument. I will protest wherever I please, and youtube is just one of many areas.

  • @JustATadpole That happens all the time. I never tried to say you couldn't run your mouth on here. I just said it's useless. So really there is no point in it. Now...you're boring me. So I'm done. Plus...I have more important things to deal with. So...take care and I hope that you get a clue. I also hope that people get your message.

  • @iirawrd Being bored isn't much of an argument, but I will accept your good wishes.

  • @lexylu141 Unfortunately, some people will believe anything they hear and no amount of facts will change their mind.

  • @JustATadpole You're incorrect, but you can believe what you wish. Although there are certain instances where rules must be broken (as with anything in life), the US military does its best to stick with the rules of engagement unlike the enemy that we are fighting right now. If it came between a terrorist or a woman with a bomb strapped to her coming toward my husband or any military member, you better believe they are going to take out that threat before it takes them out.

  • @jkmycko1 Except we created these many enemies, we were wrong in the first place. The only people who attacked us was al-Qaeda and yet we've waged war on a massive amount of people who had no connections at all with 9-11. You better believe when a foreign power invades your village and destroys your homes, kills your friends and family, for something these people did not do, that these people will take up arms against the invaders such as your husband.

  • @JustATadpole I understand that you have your own opinion as does everyone else who breathes air. That doesn't mean you need to voice it and start a pointless arguement with a bunch of people on Youtube. People posting negative things is unecessary, whether it be fact or fiction. Let people enjoy some time to listen to some music and not be bothered by your comment. If some atrocities are commited I can understand being upset. I don't keep informed on this war, since I don't believe in it.

  • @iirawrd Because when people are dying every day in a pointless conflict, people need to speak up.

  • @JustATadpole I do agree that the deaths of a pointless conflict are unecessary. I agree that this war is unecassary. Unfortutnatly what we're doing is just gonna bread more anger and hate for us. I do however, respect the men and women who are willing to do what's right and are willing to fight for me. Just to me all the argueing is pointless. Besides...most people here heard what they're argueing from someone and didn't experience. If you didn't, it could be misconstrewed, as in inaccurate.

  • 1 body gaurd and his son so he knew there waz no ecsape and practicly gave up but u seem to be stupider thn him so go die in afganistan ok

  • Semper Fidelis to my Brothers.

  • IF YOUR READING THIS seriously wow have people become so heartless that perchance a wife or who ever comes here and sees what ppl are saying. We are the United States of America stand together as one not devided by or destroyed by anyone. We stand together The U.S.A for all or nothing whooooo rawwwwww

  • Everyone talking shit about the U.S Military should remember without us the world would ahve most likely have been changed horribly on several occasions.

  • @TheD0RKNIGHT Who the heck cares???? Go bug someone else, huh?

  • @DrDerpwerth your sitting there saying that all humans are a disease and worthless scum then you are too so y dont you do the world a favor and jump off a cliff.

  • I'm not going to have some comment about how sad it is because it does not bring me sadness, it brings me pride. If any soldier dies, then, yes mourn, but remember that he or she knew what they were doing and I'm sure they wouldn't regret a minute of it. A wonderful song with a wonderful meaning.

  • @4216361 Well said. It actually gave me peace when my husband deployed for the second time (Army Infantryman) knowing that, if he didn't come home, he would've been damn proud of what he stood for and of how he went.

  • @4216361 "It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God that such men lived." -- General George Patton

  • @4216361 Your always faithful to your oath, the Constitution and everyone in it. Your brothers are your sisters, and friends, family and even an ol redneck like me. We don't regret a minute being under your wings. INFOWARS[]COM GR8 SONG FAVED

  • people just ignore Dr.Derpass, every time you reply to his comments he comes back to this video to ruin it for everyone else, we all agree he should be the one fighting so he can know how hard it is and how painfully traumatic and maybe he'll die and leave us with one less troll and get the death he wants for everyone else, just ignore him, he gets the point hes just a heartless bastard that's also an attention whore, let him sit on his computer and try to for attention by being an asshole <3

  • Great song. My favorite response to one of the Pro-American songs came from someone in Bosnia. Complaining that now they had internet BUT it was only dial up. LOL. Wow, so much worse than being shot at all the time. He thought Americans would bring him Limos and mansions. What a maroon. We bring freedom to EARN that!

  • im going to stop reading comments on these videos i always get so pissed how can people be so damn ignorant and stupid? i mean honestly

  • if you're* reading this. For fucks sake it's not that hard.

  • hell yeah i only hope we can all come back in one piece from this one to my brothers airborne all the way and to the haters remember what u say about the military when u need us most and u are begggin to be saved for we are godd men who commit necessary evil upon others to create peace

  • I clicked like n' subscribed time as it came on!! ^_^ I LOVE LOVE LOVE this song, it reminds me of when my grandpaw was in the war, I'm so glad he didn't die, I would have never got to meet the sweetest grandpaw ever! I Love Yha Grandpaw Billy!!! <3

  • As combat vet this song brings me to tears. I lost my bestfriend and my spotter. That man died in my arms and all I could say was its ok buddy I got it from here on out. To all the brave men/women in the service home and overseas. You will never be forgotten. Rangers lead the way

  • @6thgrader675 , if this all true what your saying....... your extremely brave and thank you, don't let people make you feel bad for what your doing.

  • i love this son im a combat vet and i've seen the crap the families of us have gone through and it sucks, but for all of the men and women who have served or are serving thnk you and Semper Fi

  • @dr.dipshit , fuck you you ignorint prick i hope you die. you can say all this shit you beleive but the truth of the matter is all your doing is describing yourself, not everyone else. were all proud of who we are, if you arnt you shuld probebly see a fucking counsler you low life peice of shit. you should be murderd in cold blood. im not behind war but ill protect my people. and people die and you dont give a shit? i hope some one dear to you dies just for you saying this shit.FUCK YOU ASS HOLE

  • Don't feed him anymore. He is a sad creature from a very dark place. Anyone that doesn't understand or appreciate what our troops go through can STFU

  • A Soldier does cry

  • people spend there lives not knowing wether there lives mean any thing or not- but anyone in the U.S millitary doesnt have that problem. just think that people risk all they have just so you have a better life. i have gone through hell and so did that guys brother. that man was my brother becase we are both marines and damn proud of it so for you to say you will piss in his grave makes people hate you

  • @DrDerpwerth tell me when you stay up at night shooting at young boys, some are just 9 or years old. and you have to live your life knowing you ended the lives of people with familys that loved them. i would spend nights sittinn up in my cot crying because i could die the very nxt day and i could never see my loved ones again. and i didntgive it all like others did but i gave a hell of alot just so you could call your self an american. i want you to think about what your saying.

  • @6thgrader675 I don't give a fuck if people die, I want more people to die, civillians, soldiers, kids everyone! I find you all to be worthless shit. Now get back in your cot fag, and die.

  • @6thgrader675 thats deep man .. respect

  • i totally agrre with u i just enlisted today just thining about what i could have to face or do has me upset but i will do it with pride to protect our country like i have always dreamed of and will lay my life down if i have to so all our other fellow service memeber and ther familys and friends bacl home can be free and protected

  • @6thgrader675 Hi. I'm assuming you served, and I was wondering if you would mind if I could ask you a few questions for a video I'm making to try to improve respect for our troops. I'm constantly hurt by how our troops are disrespected when we should ve giving them everything. I want to open people's eyes. That comment would be great. I'll message you.

    --Danni

  • @6thgrader675 quit crying for attention you little bitch how about you be a silent professional like the rest of us huh? You're probably a POG anyway whose never done anything and never even been deployed before.

  • @6thgrader675 would you rather not be free im 14 and imma join the coast guard so i can call my self what every soldier is an american hero

  • You guys that are saying bad stuff about the U.S. Military just remember all gave some and some gave all

  • Thank you much for posting this video. :) i hope it helps others see and realize what are men and women go through.

  • This is not about who is better than whom. This is about showing respect for the loved ones who have given it all.

  • and she wet to the hospital and was paralyzed. my brother saved my life and died.

never falter, never fear, never forget. 9-11-2001

  • any person in the millitary is one helluva person. and i dont think that fuck respects your bro because he hasnt been through wat we have. people die over there every day because of this war and your brother and i and 500,000 other people just want it to end. and the main reason i joined is because of 9/11. where my brother died. he was a marine. and the only reason i didnt die there at twin towers is because he lowerd me out of the building by a rope or something. we were there viiting my mom

  • i mean really, his brother gave it all up just so you ould sleep safe in your own bed at night. nd man i nk your brothers one helluva man to do what he did and im pround to call him an american and don't listen to wat this stupid fuck says to you because men like us dont give two shits bout boys like that. while we are up every night fighting for your rights and freedom your up at night jerking of to gay porn. i hope you fuckin rot in hel you stupid son of a bitch

  • @6thgrader675 Thank you for your service and I am so glad you made it back alive! and you're right he was a helluva guy born and raised in Tennessee. Proud of it too,and thank you for standing up for him!

  • listen here you little fuck im sick of ass holes like you making these comments. i have been a dedicated marine for 4 years now. i have been through hell. i've seen my best friends, men that i knew before i even went to this war. my friend that i have known scince i was three years old died in the war in iraq. he died because i was wounded and he tried getting to me. that was one hell of a man. i took the liberty in telling his parents. and i dont apriciate you bein a dick to this guy.

  • Im leaving for Basic this summer, and I just wanted to say...

Brianna Whitney, youve stolen my heart and I hope you never give it back... I love you.

  • @WannaBeSoldierSoBad thanks so much..it just scares me so much...now me and him cant listen to this without tearing up..thanks again(:

  • Rest in Peace PFC Douglas Cordo.

  • My mama got a letter like this saying if she were reading this he was already home from my older brother Kamron 6 months ago. He died saving his friend from enemy fire. I miss you brother, you were a good marine and i will see you again someday r.i.p.

  • @kpark77 < It's "If YOU'RE reading this" not your you stupid fuck.

  • People...No need to waste time worrying about people who are disrespectful. Karma will resolve them. So let her do her job. Some people are meant to go to college. Others to be assholes over things like this. Others to serve. Others to worry about those serving. Pick which one you are and don't let the assholes bother you so much. Ignoreing them can relieve alot of stress.

  • Grew up on military bases, dad was a pilot always wanted to make it a legacy. At 17 I started seeing recruiters, signed up for the Air Force and was going to tell my family on my dads birthday. 2 months before, I was in a car wreck, shattered my knee, compound fractures in left femur, and lost spleen and part of my liver, killing any chance of my enlistment. I watched as friends went to basic, then to posts around the world. thank you all for your sacrifice...

  • @66GreatDane Who the hell has the power to call anything spam? If they are going to hide something hide drderpworth. We could do without that raghead.

  • From Great Dane 66

Had the privilege to serve along US soldiers fore 6 month in IRAQ Baghdad in 95/96 - best Gays ever to have worked with. Had some close calls myself, but living with it today as best I can. My deepest respect fore your sacrifice and dedication for peace. My own country have lost dearly in both Iraq and still in Afghanistan, but still it is a sacrifice worth paying for peace.

    God Bless - Stay Safe.

(A Soldier from Denmark – proud of serving alongside US personnel)

  • @afuzzynuglet thank you......you should look up the song "someone's watching over me-by Hilary Duff." Even though i didn't know him, i'm sure that PFC Joshua Corral is always watching over you....RIP PFC Joshua Corral. LEST WE FORGET PFC Joshua Corral. i am joining the canadian forces after i turn 18, and when i join i will always have pride of serving next to Canada's Brothers In Arms.

  • Heh shitheads at least we dont run around with rags on our heads and think a man that has been dead for thousand years is a god who is pleased at watching you kill innocent people

  • all yall mother fuckers who think yall are bad asses talking about us soldiers can go fuck off yall dont know shit about what we fucken do for our freedom so you know know what i wish yall would say that shit to my face bc i would fuck kick your ass for disgracing us like that...

  • I am going in to the United States Marine in less than two years. We are brothers and sisters. You can be any branch and we are family. You can never feel closer to the men or and women that you are fighting with. They become family to you. Your little sister or brother. Thank you all that have gave us freedom. You'll never be forgotten. And thank you soldiers that are fighting today to keep us free. You will be in our hearts for a save return home.

  • A real American's pride see's right through you guys. I know what I believe in but does that mean I should go on youtube flaunting it? Nope! So everyone listening to this guy, don't let him have the satisfaction. Live, love and breath freedom..till the end. To all the troops thank you..and welcome home.

  • drderpwerth. i encourage you to say those things to a soldiers face. cuz if that battle buddy feels the same as i do he will fuck u up worse then u could possibly imagine. u laugh at ieds? i kill the motherfuckers that make them. so if for whatever reason u find yourself face to face with me in ur lifetime then i hope your right with your god cuz i will NOT hesitate on making u wish you were dead.

  • @11Bredbull You kill the people who make IED's. Yeah sure you do keyboard warrior, and even if you did, what don't you understand about that fact that muslims want to die? No wonder the US military ran off like cowards from Iraq, you can't beat an army of people not afraid of death. Just another loss for the American cowards, just like Vietnam. Also learn to fucking spell, you illiterate, worthless cunt. I will keep laughing at dead and dying US soldiers and their pathetic families.

  • @DrDerpwerth you worthless piece of shit...how the hell would you feel if you were the soldier who was being shot at and killed? or if it was your best friend? that is what those soldiers go through every day on deployments. i feel bad for all of the soldiers who have to fight for your freedom...because you dont deserve it!!!! go to hell!!!!

what plessure do you get from slamming the us military? having people hate you?...seriously is there a reason? or are you just that much of a dick?

  • @DrDerpwerth You do understand that those US soldiers that you are laughing at have preserved the American Way of life for 200 years? Those US soldiers have fought and died on the battlefield to defend the rights of every American citizen. To protect those who can't protect themselves. My father was a US Army Ranger, My grandfather was a US Marine, His brother's were also Marines, Their father was an Infantryman in WW1, His brother was also an Infantryman.

  • @outen44 and their father was in the Reserve, His father fought in the War of 1812, and his father fought in the revolution, and his brothers also fought. That's My dad's side, On my mom's side Everyone was a pilot back until WW2, before that they were Infantryman. I myself am a Pararescueman. So yeah, wouldn't be talking shit unless you want your pussy torn open by the Military's BIG FAT COCK! YOU can rot in hell with all of your other Satan worshipers.
