  • Does anyone else ever experience a kind of white noise sensation when concentrating on the third eye, like hearing i really hectic stream of noise only its only in your head...i sometimes get this sensation whilst meditating. it can get really intense, i don't know if this is a good sign or a bad one. if anyone has any ideas or thoughts on this i would love to hear them.

  • hello, this is similar sound as sound in sleep paralyzis, but in higher freq.i suppose. I made it happed once or twice, after asanas,pranayama, i was doing japa with tatrak on candle, it is begining of meditation, maybe even lower levels of samadi..but i think this is first step in separading mind from body... I this state I can hear my thoughts &transform in bindu (point) , which becomes somekind of portal to higher own bodies... good sign yes,

    Please dont misunderstand me, if you could just do the posture once it would me easier for me to catch up, like iam not able to exactly know how tight my eyes have to be bye seeing you showing the posture would really give me a clear and undoubtfulf picure to do
