SYL reminds me a heavier and crazier System Of A Down. They're similar in that both blend insanity and humor with great beauty. The riffs and drumming SYL came up with just blow your dick off, and then they come at you with just an awesome chorus, and its not corny. Fear Factory comes close to SYL but they dont have the quirkiness that made SYL what it was. IDK I just resonate so much with Devin, maybe because Ive had my bouts with depression and all that bullshit in the past. Anyway this owns!
