Our Jins look similar in a way. I can see how black and red make more sense as a color scheme, because those are the colors of the Mishima Zaibatsu regime. However, I kinda wanted to make Jin seem much more Emperor like, because the Tekken Force wear red and black, and I didn't want him to be a mere commander. So I gave him Gold and Black with the yellow cape. I dug his Devil Emperor Helmet better than just the regular Emperor helm, so I used that instead. I also gave him the Mishima War Sabre.

Your Harley Quinn could use some work, i used Lili for a bit of a more innocent look, plus when she gets hit, it sounds like harley. (Plus Lili is alot more acrobatic, like Harley)
