It really wasn't that bad. All Roberts did was place one or two words out of order. The rest went off without a hitch. Besides, the Constitution states that the President's term begins at noon, no ifs ands or buts. So they really didn't have to do the oath over again although I can see why they did. There are still fringe people out there who probably jumped at the mistake by Roberts and thought that Obama wasn't really our president because the oath wasn't recited as it nomally is. Get over it.

It really wasn't that bad. All Roberts did was place one or two words out of order. The rest went off without a hitch. Besides, the Constitution states that the President's term begins at noon, no ifs ands or buts. So they really didn't have to do the oath over again although I can see why they did. There are still fringe people out there who probably jumped at the mistake by Roberts and thought that Obama wasn't really our president because the oath wasn't recited as it nomally is. Get over it.

Although getting a new President to replace that chimp you had is a great thing (especially because he's black) I always keep in mind that he's not actually done anything yet. He may be a great speaker but actions speak louder than words. I know it will take time to fix the damage but can he actually do it? I remain cautiously optimistic though.
