I bought a Washburn DD60 off of Ebay for $305 a couple of months ago. It even has a Floyd Rose and came with a case to. I believe the seller was MusicLandCentral. They had about 5 or 6 at the time. Luckily, I got the last one.

washburn makes some great guitars. i own one of their guitars myself. i'm a big BC Rich fan but if i can't get a rich i'll take a washburn as a close second any day.

@bbdonegan3 It wouldnt surprise me if they did stop, they stopped my model to and washburn did that with several models...some werent even all that popular. Washburn has a really great sound though, most are alot heavier than other guitar makes.

@AtFx: Washburns are good but I would suggest you look online for one at the washburn sight, then once you picked one find it via other websites. Waashburns good guitars are also their best guitars and are pretty expensive. I have one and it is moderate. Just don't get one with a floyd rose xD

Checkout the Washburn Website, for his guitars. The one with Pearl Inlays is beautiful, no other word for it. I'd sell my left nut, and consider the right as well, to get my hands on that guitar.

I bet Washburn IS happy Dan uses their guitars. Disturbed has millions of fans that see he uses a Washburn, and it inspires them to use the same.

And that's why I own Donegans Sig Maya DD70BK. I love it. It's inexpensive and great quality. I also have a Shecter 7 string Hellraiser and Hammett's ESP KH-602.

I love my Washburn the most!

I gave $700 for it on Beyond Eleven's website a year or so ago. I looked and they are now $549.

And they can be found eBay and at some local stores. They range from $400 new to $5,000.

Dude small piece of advise, now Im actually building this guitar over the summer holiday xD (just a side note) I have had some experience with pickups and wiring (about 3 years now) and it has been my experience that passives and actives dont really mix well, blackouts with other duncans still a lill OK. but then again I never tried single coil with active, would love to hear the outcome.
