How come some scripts, FADE IN, is on the left hand side, and, FADE OUT, is on the right hand side?

I feel in some cases, depending on where geographically you are selling the script, it does not matter. Is this true?

Got a question:

I have written some of my own scripts but I am not certain on this...

When you write a script you need to do that action part. When I write the action, how do I know when to start a new line, making a new action paragraph... or how do I know when to continue on in the same paragraph?

What I have done is every time the camera were to cut to another person/object, I would start a new action paragraph in that scene. Is this correct? Or is the # of action paragraphs make no differ?

Oh yeah, I know what he's trying to do. Its just Hollywood has ran out of good movie ideas a long time ago, but everytime you put a title of something out there someone trys to make it a movie.

wrong wrong wrong. FADE IN is no longer used to this date, when specifying a time of day DAY or NIGHT are the only options, no sunset, afternoon and when beginning or changing scene sluglines must always reading eg: INT. DONNY'S ROOM, DONNY HOUSE - DAY.
