That dont look real to me , if you notice the fletching on the arrow it looks like it came off a strippers chest in vegas. also that arrow is way to long to be used in big game hunting. big game arrows need to be sleek and fast . it looks like a arrow used in bird hunting . then tha camera shot is way to nice to be real anyway,

Me and my buddies went wild hog bow hunting (my first time). I will tell you straight up, when a pissed of hog comes running you at you full speed making its horrible screaching sounds, you will get a rush that you cannot imagine. It was a male boar that almost took me out, they are extremely tough, it took all three of us and about six arrows to take it down. IMO, you end up respecting the animal after you kill it this way.

hmm... being a vet and avid hunter for 25 years, I'm sure the rest of this video would show the animal kicking about for some time. If you watch closely, you will see the arrow enter and deflect to the right (our left) of the brain. Not a quick kill by any means. A skull is hard for a reason.

Headshots are very risky.. I hunt with rifle and bow, and i have seen others go for headshots... And seen them spend the rest of the day trying to find the wounded animal. If my opinion makes me a treehugger, i would'nt want to be called a hunter in your country.

Wheb bowhunting, headshots are not reccomended as they have a high error probability, i.e. the animal hears the bow and turns their head at the shot, causing aa deflection. While this one was a clean kill, it is preferable to take a lung or heart shot, at a quatering away angle to ensure a high recovery rate. Well done on your hog anyway...

@kharkness With a bow, yeah, headshots are fucking retarded. Even if an arrow hits something in the head "perfectly" it doesn't usually work like a gun. They kill differently, guns kill more with just punching through shit and hydrostatic shock, bowkills just... cut. As deep as they can. They won't make the brain mush like a bullet would, they just penetrate a little.
