with all the books i have read, none of them really explained the "With wind" for the low consonants...great job and thank you :)

Yes, but actually there are 2 types 1. Low class consonants Single type and 2. Low class consonants Pair type -- all of the pair type - middle tone with wind but all of the single type have different nature and I will explain later. a bit difficult
