  • Wowww great results!!..I'm on day 3 of the P90X Lean and I LOVE IT. I'm a cardio head. So if u love cardio the lean version will be perfect for you ... I don't really like the P90X classic. I did Day 1 and I quit. Couldn't keep up w/ it.. Thanks for the pix. That reminds me I will take some later before starting day 4.

  • @vtownHduece Yeah I did the Yoga X everytime. It feels good to give your body a rest and get more flexibility to reduce injury. Plus it gives your muscles good rest. I followed the P90x Nutrition guide.

  • This program really agrees with you! :D Phenomenal results! At the end of your first 90 days the muscles in your lower back really started to come through. If you end up doing a 3rd cycle you are going to be TOTALLY JACKED! Great work.

  • @BigPoPaJaYe i was wondering can i still run 2miles everday for 5 days a week i did classic instead of lean because i could already lose the weight i averged 8 pounds a week loss and the nutrition plan is similar to mine just more protien so i bought powder and bars im 190 they said go for 160 and then try to build muscle but then i heard from them that do p90x and i said ok so can i run while doing p90x

  • The key is to keep at it. That's the toughest part.

    But like they say, it takes 21 days to form a good (or bad!!!) habit. If you keep PX90ing for 21 days straight, high chances you'll be committed.

  • Awesome results. Do you regret doing the lean workout first? Or are you happy with the results with the lean and feel it was a great 90 day routine for ya? Just wondering because it looks like an intense 90 days on any of the routines. Do you think you would have better results if you started with the classic first? (and you do have great results by the way you look great after the first 90 days).

  • @sinz187 I don't regret doing the lean version first at all my friend. It allowed me to get familiar with the P90x program but at a slightly less intense level. Plus it had a lot of cardio in it and I love cardio. Nah I think If I chose the classic version first I would have been confused on the scale a majority of the time because muscle weighs more than fat and when you start a fitness program you are always on the scale. I would have been adding muscle under all the fat I had.

  • Thanks my friend! Yeah it was challenging the first 3 weeks. But it is all about doing what you can and not trying to keep up with the people in the videos. Go at your own pace and modify where needed. And yes the meal plan really works. I chose the meal plan approach at level 3. Contact me anytime if you need any help.

  • I used the meal plan approach at level 3 and went exactly by the book from phase 1-2-3.

  • lol im 14 and 5'6 also i lift 25 for normal weight and 15 for light wieght

  • so is a 20 pound weight good for me

  • Try 10 then go up if to light.
