@sinz187 I don't regret doing the lean version first at all my friend. It allowed me to get familiar with the P90x program but at a slightly less intense level. Plus it had a lot of cardio in it and I love cardio. Nah I think If I chose the classic version first I would have been confused on the scale a majority of the time because muscle weighs more than fat and when you start a fitness program you are always on the scale. I would have been adding muscle under all the fat I had.

i want to lose about 10 pounds if i could but im only 5'7 so right now im at 165 and i look fat cuz im pretty short right. But if i do LEAN will i only get skinny or will i also have abs and or muscle with definition

Hello my friend! I would say go for the classic version and keep your diet really clean and you should have awesome results. Yes you can possibly get a 6 pack.. Just remember to do your best and forget the rest...Peace
