@marketRUMBA The intro is actually done in Motion. After Effects to way to hard for us... ;-) We figured we could get away with 15mins since we are actually teaching in the video.

The rest was all Keynote and Screenflow.

I agree with everything you say for the most part.

You broke your rule about never making a video longer than 3 minutes, that is just a general guideline though. It really depends on the content. For instance, this video should be 15 minutes long. There is no waste. I watched the entire thing.
