  • Thanks for the Video

  • What a load of rubbish

  • Nice effort, but I still don't know how to prepare a garden bed.

  • "Planning a bed, or planting a garden" ?? This video is labeled wrong I think, as it has nothing to do with preparing a garden bed. I expected soil amendments, bed size considerations and orientation to the sun and such. This is kind of a mish-mash, perhaps better titled "planting guidelines" or something.

  • Great vid..I'm trying to get such a catalogue but I can't seen to find a company that would send me one thanks

  • you should try planting a little grass.

  • Thank you...

  • .. that video told us nothing about how to prepair a garden bed it told us how to read a book about plants and how to plant a seed

  • I will work on one, check back with me.

  • It helped me. I didn't know how to plant a seed. :)

  • Make sure you don't buy GM (Genetically Modified) seeds. Buy Heritage, Heirloom and Organic.

    Stop Monsanto!

  • @Debrevol

The reason people hate GM is because they think it is all sprayed with pesticides. SOME gm crops are pesticide resistant so you can nuke them with chemicals to increase yield, but a lot are just regular plants that have been harmlessly modified to have different attributes (e.g. Having more protein or iron in to aid the diets of starving african children...etc) All plants you eat have been 'selected' for their properties over time, we bred most things. learn more about GM.

  • @alkierbot Hello there, do you work for Monsanto or Dow Chemical?

  • @Debrevol Wrote a research paper on Monsanto recently. Scary stuff.

  • mam can u sugest me smthing for my tarace garden i hve 25 pot but its hot here and nothing works here i live in india

  • make a covering with cheese cloth and never over water. It's hot in Oklahoma too.

  • You might like to put up a simple Shadecloth Canopy, and drip irrigation system. See GardenGirl's video here on her Drip System. Heat loving Plants and herbs, and many Dwarf Fruits will grow happily in your pots. Have fun with it - year-round!
