You don't have to be American to be 'real'. And real means that these celebs don't care about being famous or they try to stay out of the limelight ect ect.

Of course you don't have to be American to be real. But you call them "Real Hollywood Women", not just "real women", and some of these don't even work in Hollywood movies.
Anyway, you have a very peculiar concept of "celebs that don't care about being famous"... Rachel Griffiths and Rita Wilson of course, but Keira Knightley? You think celebrities that "try to stay out of the limelight" go to a movie premiere wearing the most expensive fashionable dress?

I don't get the "real" in the title. Most of these women aren't even American, they're British or Australian (even Chinese!).

Shannyn sossaman rocks shes from Devour and 30 days and 40 nights and Miranda otto is from flight of the phoenix lol. Great movie also kool pics.
