Your neighbor wanted to hit on you. She has real interpersonal relationship problems. So she concocted a story where she was the victim and she conned her way into your apartment. She is attracted to you. She perceived you as vulnerable, or at least approachable and that she might be able to dominate you personally and sexually. You were open and honest and naive and not thinking about alterior motives. Sad really. She should have just asked you out for a coffee.
