I don't see it the way all of my fellow die hard EV fans see it...it's just like when Stevie Nicks plays Fleetwood Mac songs in her solo project...the fans want to hear it. There are fans of Evanescence that loved Ben, and the boys more than they loved Amy and want to see them and want to see and hear something familiar. Nothing wrong with it. Give it up people.

But, yeah, as you said, Ben own creative rights, WATF have the rights to perform Ev songs. It's just funny that they won't stop saying: We are not Evanescence, we are a completely other band, and then perform Evanescence's songs...

I love Evanescence and all their work (past and present), but I think We Are the Fallen are fully in the right to perform songs from Fallen seeing as Ben Moody was such a prominent writer on the 'Fallen' album. Amy Lee can't claim she wrote these songs all by herself.

If they were, they would then know that Ev existed in 1995 with Ben Moody (it's actually HIS band) and Amy was introduced as a good friend by Ben in the year 1998. If they were, they would then know that Ev existed in 1995 with Ben Moody (it's actually HIS band) and Amy was introduced as a good friend by Ben in the year 1998. @TheSidhappens Whenever you get kicked out of a really succesful band and then burned by your lead singer aka ex best friend/ex gf then you'll be singing the same exact tune Ben is playing. As for John and Rocky, that's between Them and Amy. I have enough respect for everyone in BOTH bands to stop bitching like a girl about it. THAT makes a real fan. As well, I highly doubt Carly motive was to ascend and to reflect for the left over Ev fans. I'ma hardcore Ev fan but...I have respect for them.
