"Thank you for your E-mail. Please kindly be noted that our products correspond to Windows Japanese version only. We are afraid that it may not be able to install our products in your PC. Please also be noted that there is no guarantee from us, even if the product cannot be worked on your computer. THERE IS A POLICY OF A NO REFUND and NO SUPPORT. "
This may the reason why it shuts down in your US Windows. Can someone confirm?
@unomazurka I'm sorry I can not read Japanese. And the translators online are really bad at translating. I plan on buying the Japanese versions since I can not wait for the english ones. Someone was asking why his game keeps shutting down.
@dnaleri5579 why don't you install the japanese language pack (it is contained in your Windows intaller disc). After that, you should install AppLocale and select the ATC3 program (Japanese). It's work on me!

if you usually plays the English one, you should be understand the Japanese ver.
The instructions are same, only different in language

我解決方式其實很簡單,,到windows"控制台"內的語系改成日本在重開機就ok了,,game install OK在改回自己的語系就可以玩
