how can I make it last longer than 10 seconds when you render the video?

It only let me 250 frames in my animation.

@victoraochoa You should set the frames to more than 250 in the "Cloth cache" setting and then choose "Bake Dynamics"

Do you know how do this in the game engine (BGE)?

@mariocbase Just do it in BlenderRender (the normal settings) and switch to the game engine after that...
