dude I do everything you say, cheched the data in the usb disk ,

I insert it on the computer, then start bios and choose boot by usb drive,

starts and inmediatly

says "Could not find kernel image : menu.c32 "

what is the problem ??, please help!!!

@danner23gmail rename the vesamenu.c32 file as menu.c32 that fixed that problem for me.

I did everything that was told and when I first time select the kon boot (at irongeek it said syslinux would come up 2nd time) kon boot appears and after the ASCII art there comes text about BIOS etc etc and it starts downloading windows, but in middle of it, it crashes and reboots.

@ne0nZchr0me -- look on the root of your usb drive and you'll see a file "vesamenu.c32". Copy that to the same place and rename the copied file "menu32".  That should fix it for you.

If you open the syslinux.cfg file (text file) you'll see it defaults to "menu.c32". I suppose it'd be just as easy to change that line to the actual filename and save it. but the first way is nondestructive.

There's a note at the bottom of the IronGeek page about this, but it doesn't match the current setup.
