If I understand this right the republicans can reserve our ability to fight and win against this bill later, if passed with the 51 votes, by FORMALLY requesting the 1/5 Option to force 60 votes on the record and not pass the fix-it bill under "reconciliation" rules with 51 votes and lay the foundation so that the people can have recourse & have the law found VOID. The Republican's can give the People Recourse if they will Exercise the 1/5 Option. Exercise the 1/5 option.
