I think she's much prettier, but I can see elements of Scarlett Johannson in her. Also Elizabeth Hurley, and maybe a bit of Charlize Theron. Stunning, regardless. :)

For everyone who is asking, the actress is Simone Schmitz. Positively stunning, isn't she? Yes, she has been in a few things, but she should definitely be in a lot more!

obviously all guys posting here. she's my cousin from ny, she has been in many commercials. she works hard so she gets lots of commercial gigs. this commercial is now playing on us stations CNN, HLN,TLC

Nice production - but the storyline feels too overdone. I just saw the findlaw commercial and think it covered the same topix more cleverly. Anyone else think so?

@18markr Yes, I agree. The FindLaw commercial covered practically the same thing. It pretty much delivers the same message with a different approach. Commercials are evolving. They're like mini-movies now. Some of them actually do well at being tactful and some actually put more emphasis on visual effects while failing to deliver the actual message.

I like this ending better. It has more impact and is stronger, but can understand why they wussed out and chose the ending of the ad running.
