black holes were rediscovered just 5 minutes ago... light cannot scape black holes because they are in a different time and space dimension. a second in our universe could be trillion of years inside a black hole. and trillion of miles. it's a complete new infinite universe inside a black hole.and yet in our perspective is just a tiny fraction of our universe which happens to be also that we live inside a black hole.
Our universe sprang into existence around 15 billion years ago. prob; from a singularity. Singularities are zones which defy our current understanding of physics. They exist at the core of black holes. The pressure is thought to be so intense that matter is actually squished into infinite density .These zones of infinite density are called "singularities." Our universe is thought to have begun as an infinitesimally small, infinitely hot, infinitely dense. Where did it come from? We don't know.
I have one question. How come there were sounds, there is no air in space so it would be impossible for an explosion sound to come from the big bang and dieng stars. It makes no since.
"In space, no one can hear you scream" !!!!....When a star explodes it ejects vasts amounts of gas!!
Air contains roughly (by volume) 78.08% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.038% carbon dioxide, and trace amounts of other gases. Sound is a travelling wave which is an oscillation of pressure transmitted through a solid, liquid, or gas! there for like the sound we hear though "Air"....it is also conceivable that sound would travel with the Gas of an exploding star!..A jonnie D Theory!
omg.. no, the camera was way back (in space were there is no air, so how cud the noise reach the camera is there wasnt any gases wich can carry noise in space acording to ur trusty jonnieD theory..
the thing which i don't get is that how do we don't get sucked in the black hole, cuz the black hole keeps suking other stuff in e.g space. is it possiable that wer getting sucked in and then back out again but on the other side of the black hole???? confusing someone ryply back
The thing is that the closest black hole to us is 1,600 light years from Earth on the way to the center of the Milky Way. It is so far that it has no effect on Earth or its environment. A supermassive black hole appears to inhabit the center of the Milky Way galaxy, about 27,000 light-years away. Although it is several million times the mass of the Sun, its great distance insures that it won't affect our solar system.
we do not know, this is why we are using particle accelerators to recreate the moments just before or after the big bang. I think that we are just one of who knows how many other dementions. I feel that we are a product of a black hole and our dementional universe has come from matter spewed out of the other end of a black hole. And black holes in our universe are spewing matter into another dementional universe and so on.

We do not fall into a black hole for the same reason we do not fall into the Sun.
