I use psylocke or cyclops to cover me from assist when possible. If I just so happen to catch someone slipping using a regular jump or i manage to launch them, then that's just all the better. I always thought that guard breaking on regular jumps was cable's specialty. Outside of cable and the occasional magneto, I don't see it much.

you can only block once while youre in the air. so if you hit them once in the air, theyll stop blocking as they fall.

you should try 2 set up for infinite without assists its alot better then just watching for when psylock hits and then u move in for the infinite u should set it up with IM solo and try using doom he sets up good for the infinite and also he a good back up character, and IM has like 3 incoming character guard breaks that are like easy 2 learn good luck w IM

I don't know about that at all. You're talking about a 4 button pattern while you hold UP on the joystick. It's definitely the easiest infinite in the game, and it links right up with one of the most powerful supers in the game.

The Super isn't that "Powerful". it does either 30 or 45 hits total. The damage gets very buffered quick. It's not like Cable's beam where more than one part of the beam hits you. Also it will hit the first character in front and the back character will either bounce away or just be able to block it unlike Cable's super where you can hit both. It's a good super but not one of the most powerful. Without the infinite setup into the super, it's not that special.

You don't need the infinite to set it up. Hell you can get old school with it and just hold down and hit Jab twice and it links right into the super. And the damage is quite substantial. The thing about ironman is that if he hits you while in the air, it can turn into an infinite. His infinite is so simplistic (aside from the fly/unfly ) that him making any contact can amount to a dead character. The only other character that can do so as easily is Mags.

What does the hit count matter if it still does 20ish percent damage? As long as you mash, it's still an effective super. And no, If there is one character behind another, it still hit's both of them. I don't know where you got that from at all. And it doesn't need to be "special" if it is still effective.
