hey i know why he got banned! he got suspended becuz his dad was not in the videos... his account had his dadz name and age and birthday under it... when jesse stopped putting his dad in it, some guy from google (who wants the internet to be safe... no kids making vids[what a fucktard]) banned his account. youtube themselves have tried multiple times to convince the site manager to unlock his account, but so far nothing has happened. :(

On principle, it is wrong that YouTube closed accounts of adults allowing their child to post videos. Not to mention that the material the kids were producing was positive and beneficial... why would anyone want to discourage that? Anything worthwhile is worth fighting for, but it would appear that you lack the backbone.

I completely agree with the fact that YouTube needs to further research before closing accounts on the younger Tubers, BUT....there is a MASSIVE number of pedophiles on YouTube at the moment. They are trying VERY hard to curb that. There is a REASON that children are not to be posting unsupervised videos. I saw one the other day with a 12 year old dancing VERY sexually...and the perv comments were EXTREME. That's NOT cool.

the kid violated the terms so he got suspended. at the point when he was featured i'm guess he was still under parental supervison? and than after he made more he was than violating the rules. so youtube had every reason. i don't agree with their dissition though. but to them it could have meant a lawsuit. they could have at least sent them a message asking them to change.
