Please DO NOT pry apart the white side panels. These are made out of a hardened plastic making them more prone to cracking than normal plastic. If you place the right amount of pressure between the top and bottom panels and depress the plastic tabs on the inside you should be able to pry it apart almost effortlessly. Thank you guy. I didn't mean to step on your toes...

I just wanted to make sure i got this out there before something catastrophic happened to someone's precious equipment.

For the removal of the warranty sticker you could of just took a blow dryer and put it on maximum heat then heated the sticker up then just slowly peeled it :D

@gurjs Should say on the top of the actual hard drive (The bit on the top of the xbox) If it doesnt tell you then you must have an older version so its probably like 20gig or somethin...I dno.

U received a new GPU for ur Xbox 360? OMG.. i never heard such a big bullshit, since all Components are soldered to the board. it's not replaceable.

All Chips are ball grid arrays. so no replaceable or upgradeable sockets.
