The old man will (hopefully) request a court-appointed attny (who isn't getting paid, or paid but hardly anything), so that attorney possibly won't care they have a good police misconduct case to SETTLE out of court with. I hope he got a good court appointed atty that cared. Anyone know what happened, the outcome? What were the charges, IF ANY?

The officer on the left looked like he held the man in the wheel chair's feet so the old man would fall face first--- an old man in a wheel chair, and NO, I wouldn't want THEM to come if I was in need. They told the man to put his drink away, but he refused and then assaulted one of the officers. Then we get to the part which we see, the man resisting arrest, and the officers taking him down.

He was resisting arrest - I saw it!!! He can't move from the neck down, but he lunged at the officer with his head - he could have bitten him and made him paralyzed, too!! The problem is there is a push to make people believe guns are evil and not certain individuals using them. So for most it is a common idea that owning a gun isn't nessesary. For all we know, he may have been striking pedestrians as he rolled down the street, for example. Does anyone know the whole story?
