Imo, you guys are looking at it wrong. Little mac didn't give up - he made his own dreams come true. He battled against all odds to make it to the top, and he stood his ground and stayed there to fight all the greatest contenders again. He proved that he deserved to be the champion, and after it all he decided it was time to step down - to let some other great fighter have the spotlight, now that he had punched his way to the top. Good job indeed, Little Mac. You're the man.
