Government takes care of the fire and police as well as education,why not public health care.This is usually done in most contries at a provincal or state level. But it might save many families from becoming bankrupt, and buisneses from the high cost of providing private health insurance and taking off to China to avoid it. And in the long run it will also help your economy.

Cause I have been a single parent. the town I have been living for yrs an yrs in Cali has gotten so expensive I can't afford insurance. Because I suffer migraines my premiums went to 600 a month as a self employed 44 yr old with4 bulging disc's an migraines it was to expensive. I get the cancer I will just stay home an die.
