TR is really a genius. But, his head weight only made him down. His lyrics and music in the songs are always superb in almost all the films till En thangai Kalyani. But, his acting only made the genius to the end.
One of the best compositions by T.R, and Lyrics. too....In those days this poem was doubted be written by kannadasan...So much of powerfull lines...and KARPANAI.
I had a chance to watch this movie in Chennai in the year 2001 when I was 23 Years old...You knwo how much the theatre was crowded??? it was full (a theatre in Kodambakkam) and so many love failed guys were whisteling to every songs...so many...wounded hearts in Tamil Nadu...
Thanks for posting. Great lines. TR did have some of the best written songs during his time. The best song for unrequited love I ever heard was "இது குழந்தை பாடும் தாலாட்டு.." I'd greatly appreciate if you'd please upload it.
