oly squat is different from your squat ,its without a suit or knee wraps , and it is deeper than atg , also its fast andl close feet
To some of the posters, those are jerk blocks. It allows you to pick up the bar and walk out or stay over the blocks and do overhead lifts. They are common in olympic weightlifting gyms. To the lifter, very strong back squats.
