With the utmost respect to Mr. Chek, in the entirety of this clip, I found no useful information to training or exercise for that matter. This type of diatribe makes one not want to sit through and wait for the great insight and information I know this man contains. I wish he would divorce much of the metaphysical from the training and lecture on it under a name where one can fully know what to expect.
