So without knowing what was going on, what crime may have just taken place, what investigations may have been going on....you just happen to know they're "guarding a crosswalk?" And while the cops are "just chilling" perhaps they were waiting for a warrants check on the radio, again you don't know. And God forbid the cop legally parked the drunk's car rather than towing it!

im spent a decade in reno ,,,, those cops are ok , not great but mostly very prof, and frendly as long as you dont start shit with them ,,, i ran a motel 4 blocks from where this vid starts out
