  • This is what I have learned. Caffiene and stress raise your cortisol, the more cortisol you use the faster you run low. Once you run low the body knows that cortisol is the most important hormone besides insulin and so it steals pregnenolone to make more cortisol. So now you don't have enough pregnenolone to make enough estrogen and progesterone. Zinc is lost when we go understress or eat sugar. Zinc helps us fight stress so we need 2 cut down on caffiene, lower sugar intake and take zinc.

  • What about doing a detox/fast, followed by the natural healing diet?

    Is is possible to cure adrenal fatigue by diet fully,

    or is it necessary to use the mentioned medications ?

  • only in mild cases can diet alone fix the problem. most adrenal problems are due to toxic issues in the pituitary gland which regulates the adrenals.
