  • i lost my mother to drugs when i was three years old

its amazing though how some people dont care they have a perfect life and they dont care

if they see a homeless teenager on the street they just give them a bad look

its not their fault they didnt choose to be begging for money !

liz wasd one of those people who saw a chance and took it

seriously more people should be like that

  • Watching this movie has made me realise how important it is to appreciate the things we have and help those around us that dont. I hate it when u see pple who are completely ungrateful for the things they have, despite the fact that they have so much of the bare neccesities. God Bless Liz!

  • The ladys computer screen is off lol

  • This girl was my age. My goddamn age! I go to school everyday, I have a nice house, I worry about finals and relationships. She had nothing. This girl was my goddamn age!

  • how the hell did get t hose transcripts there?

  • Why does Peter liz's dad appear much older in this part then in the beginning of the movie?

  • @relimes Ummm probably because he's been ravaged by drugs...? Have you seen someone in their mid-30's who has been on drugs for over a decade? They don't exactly look their age.

  • I like her comment, ‎"We only really live in each others hearts."

  • Whats with the different things between the movie and the book, i dont know whats true and whats not, in the book Chris's name is Sam, and Liz mother didnt stay wit her grandpa, she stayed with her new boyfriend, among other differences , anyone else notice this too? And in the book i dont think this "eva" neighbor even existed.

  • @relimes I agree there are differences. Written for TV may mean re-written for TV.

I just read the book, then saw the video and also noticed differences. I am no lawyer, though, who use wording to confuse people.

  • my favourite MOVIE ever !! ilove this movie so much and i cried so much at the beginning :')

  • the registration department was so understanding and cooperative .. wish all universities and colleges were like that

  • Eva is awsome.

  • 8:25 oooohh shit!

  • So how did Eva know of this school that liz ended up going to?

  • I thaught her dad was Judd Hirsch, lol until i read the cast.

  • 4:48 a 3.5 cubic ft. chest freezer!

  • do you think that Liz's Dad loved his daughter, but couldnt come out and admit it?

  • This reminds me how lucky I am to be born into a happy family and having an education.

There are bunch of others who aren't having the same life as I am.

And I feel bad whenever I am sad over like, a heartbreak or not getting what I want.

But then I feel even worst seeing how people like this do actually exist.

This is an inspiration for me to do something good for human kind :)

  • were watching this in school i teared up =(

  • she's beautifulll

  • Thank you for posting this movie up!!

  • If I was Lizze, I would have given up. Killed myself. Or gona along with her friends.

  • @LoveMehBesties yep me too ="( she's a really strong person

  • that was a sad scene to watch of this movie.

  • i cryed a lot

  • wow, lovely movie,

such a sad scene..........I cried when I first watched this part

  • Her dad was so smart, it's terrible he ended up like that when it could have been different.

  • =((( im crying

  • no cry, reflect :) learn, share, go forward, no matter that the past pull you back :) i do the same, no matter that i dont have a house, and a car and a family, i go forward, cause there, in the future, i will have all that i need.

  • @lucianparkour How do you upload and speak? I will keep you in m prayers of corse ! Not trying to be preachey haha

  • @lucianparkour god bless you

  • next time answer with THANKS ":)" its more hopefully :)

  • @lucianparkour it was sarcasime. i didnt actually mean thanks

  • @purplegalore my bad my bad of course shes going to wrtie better essays than you:)

  • not even 6 feet deep??

  • Even through tragedy, Liz chose life

  • "Everything that seems so solid is meaningless..." Wow, powerful statement. Even though Liz's mother was weak, Liz chose to be strong. "We remember what we choose." Wow, Liz still chose to believe that her mom's life mattered, even though it was broken.

I admire Liz for her triumph in life.

  • such a big grave for one coffin..or are there more coffins in it??

  • @SuuzieQ

Yep, one big grave to fit several coffins of homeless and unidentified people. The state pays for it, so no extra money for headstones and that sort of thing, I think they mark the plots all w/ a number

  • who is singing at 1:40??? amazing voice/song....thanks!

  • her mom was only 42 when she died, did you know that?

  • @kenda156 yes i did know that

  • @kenda156 how old was the dad when HE died?
