  • I just bought a rc spy copter , it has a camera with memory card,.its fun to fly it .

  • bad

  • what camera do u use in ur rc?

  • I have an E-Flite, and my ex-girl and I had a blast flying it around my old apartment. Granted; I didn't have nearly as much room, and we had a few fish and lizard tanks to be wary of. But it was awesome, and I appreciate how much control it takes to navigate an r/c chopper around. Very nice video.

  • how much will that cost?

  • Can it lift a 9v battery with the camera??

  • Why is the hellicopter camera so bad?

  • how many channel?

  • How much for the house? (heli included)

  • I love your guitars!

Great choice in music & nice video! I've got a XRB SR too and I was planning on using one of those "spy cameras" that can be purchased for cheap.

    Cheers!

  • how do you go by doing that, connect the 7.v batt to the cam? could you please explain thanks....

  • How much do they cost ??

  • This is actually a good idea... Now I got one for xmas, but it is not an RC. I am guessing I would have to mount the camera just right....and have a fairly powerful chopper to lift it? or no?

  • @Kage999 The issue is that most RC helicopter are desigtned to lift only their own weight. So what id recommend is get an RC helicopter with lots of aesthetic bits (like a chinook or apache) and saw those off to make lift for the camera.

  • Just bought one of these although the cheaper version lots of fun in the house.

  • you can watch your neighbours having sex =)

  • so did you make this heli by hand?

  • dilinaci

  • hi what cam would you recomend for a Cobra 3 Channel Mini Helicopter - Elite w/Gyro s107

that can still fly and cheep

  • wow u can spy neighbors with it!

  • can you reccommend one of these for a beginner that is inexpensive. i'm looking for something like this but don't have the know how and just need basic controls.

  • Your wireless camera gives far better results than mine!

  • I need something bigger. Draganfly has one for $27,000. That can't be the only game in town?

  • what cam did you use?

  • i bought a small camera about the size of my thumb at hobbytownusa, it was 129.99 and has a recording time of about 90 minutes

  • how heavy is the camera

  • Where do you get it from???

  • lol

  • Nice House.

  • Nice Yamaha Silent guitar there... ;)

  • i know how to put night vision on these

  • Cool!!

  • what did u use to recoard the video plz tell me

  • Why don't u use the cell phone instead of live camera...? You can use the cell phone to record a good quality video on board. With a light weight. Or a software to give you a live video through Bluetooth.

  • its too heavy. mini rc helis aren't that powerful

  • OK thanks

  • @bhaveshnande Blutetooth is like 15 feet max distance.

  • was that cat poop on the carpet?

  • whats your heli model?

  • If I did that it would only show crashing to the wall. LOL...

  • yeah most 9v "spycams" are actual designed o run off eight volts

and if you use wireless cameras and external records (not of the helicopter" it just means less weight which is good plus you can watch the feed live

  • 4Durt, nice vid. What's your call sign? 73, Carl K6ZXU

  • Thanks, N6TWB

  • how much that helicopter cost you and how much for the camera?? always wanted to play around with these spy helicopter stuff

  • whats the power source for the camera? ive tried this but my heli cant hold the 9 volt battery.

  • The camera used will run off the 7.4v heli battery. Most 9v camera's should have no problem also.

  • as your flying it can you see through the camera or is it just recording?

  • It was live transmitted video. I've flown RC planes via the live video only, however a helicopter is much more difficult to fly by the video alone!

  • that lil' guy has excellent stability!.

  • nothing like the thrill of flying a remote control helicopter while playing Wagner

  • attach an airsoft gun and this would be great!

  • can u do the same thing but put the canopy back on?haha i think it would look cool:)

  • Interesting choice in background music lol

  • He was joking you all about the strings. LOL.

  • Fake. Didn't you see the strings?

  • that's a aerial,

  • Dude, that`s not a string, it`s the antena from the wireless radio camera :)

  • 4durt, where did you ever find a cam that was small and light enough to be flown by this very small coaxial rc heli? Great piloting BTW.

  • walmart.... jk

  • I don't remember the place I ordered that one from, but there are quite a few to be found online. This one was a camera/transmitter combo on 434mhz (ham license needed).

  • Nice flying skill, great video!

  • je trouve le video tres cool et je veux faire comme ca aussi mais je nai pas un helicopter...

  • coolio!!!!!!!!!

  • how much was the copter cam and where did u get it? Can i find it at best buy?

  • nope. well maybe. its found at online hobby shops or hobby stores for around 356 dollars

  • the onboard cam had better pic quaility then the camcoder the guy used to film the heli thats said

  • yeah it is kinda isnt it though, the copter cam is realy good,

  • Nice house!

  • thats awesome.

  • is 9 grams too hevy

  • 2 x 180 carbon brush motors as main drive & N25 motor as tail drive is that powerful enof?

  • those helis dont need tail engine. Only 2 main motors and 2 Servos

  • Thats exactly rigth, the rotors spin in different directions so it does'nt need a tail rotor to keep it from spinning.

  • im going to buy one but if get get it withe the camra allredy monted i cost alot i was wondering how much power it needs to lift the camra because i can buy a camra fo 40$ but it nees a 9volt onbord to power so how much power would i need

  • How powerful would the chopper need to be to carry a 200 or 300 gram camera?

  • my helicopter is an outdoors one. much bigger.

  • as opposed to an indoor RC helicopter? lol

  • yes the model shown in this video is specifically an indoor helicopter. "lol"

  • thats a 70 dollar camera i got the same one

  • nice guitars

  • This is every kid's R/C fantasy realised.

  • i was curious if anybody knows how far ( like what distance) can rc helicopter fly ???

  • depends on how powerful your transmitter is, but most usually go a little farther than line of sight.

  • i realie like this video

i do it on fixxed wing.and the 4.2 ghz system

    is good over 2k feet

  • y cnt u buy am r/c chopper which can fly around the house, you know, so the radio signal can pass through walls. Maybe a wi-fi based radio

  • That is so cool.

  • 4durt

How far will the system transmit the video and sound.

    God bless

  • so i heard this heli has foam blades right? do you know if you can get more durable replacements??

  • i saw carbon fiber blade replacements on a website but im not sure if they will work for this helicopter

  • blades are plastic, comes with 1 spare set and 1 set attached, quite durable, and very hard to break as they are "loose" on the chopper, where they join the shaft, they can swing along their rotation disc, even if the shaft isn't moving, meaning as long as you cut the power, there will rarely be any damage to the blades.

  • wow this video was posted on my birthday

  • its inside jackass...thats why its stable

  • they can still be unstable even inside

  • that's tite

  • i got the exactly same one but urs is so stable

  • that thing is so stable!! I WANT ONE!

  • take that outside!

  • Quiero uno, mamá.

  • MINE IS SO HARD TO CONTROL!

  • That's cool with the picture in picture viewing, I like your choice of background music too.

  • r those hard to fly at first cuz imma buy 1 soon

  • does it immeditly transmit or do you get the video after you have filmed it?

  • I own Adobe Premier and I think you need a Masters Degree to use it.

    I will try Sony Vegas.

    Thanks for your input.

  • No, not special at all. I already have the software for displaying the output of the data logger (EagleTree Systems). I also already know how to capture the logger playback to a vid file. I simply need PnP capability in editing software to embed the data logger playback into the onboard (and external) video.

  • "...pathetic insult." Yup. You get what you give.

"...This isn't a live video feed, you understand?." Thanks for clearing that up for me.

As for Google you just don't get it. When you Google Picture in Picture you get advertisements for dozens of products, none of which provide actual user feedback.

The guy that posted this obviously found some PnP software that works so I asked him the question - which he answered promptly by the way.

If you have nothing useful to add - don't.

  • Not a lame question to ask. I'm already familiar with how to capture the video/audio locally and remotely. I am already doing this with large scale RC aircraft.

I need an editor that is capable of Picture in Picture to display airspeed, altitude, RPM, and heading (collected from an onboard data logger) in my videos.

Are you always so abrasive when hiding behind the internet? Does your Mommy know you're online?

  • btw great vid...

  • XD LOL

  • Bastante preciso !!

  • Wow, that's some sweet stuff

  • Excelent work on this! Very cool! I would like to put a camera on my r.c. mustang drifter, but i'm still trying to work out the best method for using it out in the car park.

  • Cool vid. What video editing software are you using for the picture in picture? Thanks.

  • Did it using a DPS Velocity

  • whats the title of the music piece? im drawing a blank

  • Burried down in the comments I wrote:

That's 'Ride of the Valkyries'. Best known as used in the movie 'Apocalypse Now' for a scene of helicopter attacking a village.

  • Composed by Wagner also.

  • cool!!!

  • Awesome!

  • how much did it cost all together

  • Can you give me the exact name of the camera kit? Thanks

  • nice heli and house :D

  • Hey where did you get your video camera on ur helicopter?

  • hey man you should charge people for heliporn

    ; ) lmao

  • hey, let me know when you want to! lol

  • that was really kewl

  • hehe u can spy at other people with it :D

  • yea as long as they dont hear the neeeeeeneeee

  • awesome

  • lol

you can go look at sunbathers lmao

  • Excellent.

  • this vid looks very very good to me

    how much practice you've had?

  • Where did you get your heli and camera?

  • great skills, but did you tidy up before deciding to show the world around your house. Looks a bit like a shaky version of cribs! Like the guitars though

  • I actually didn't, but that's about as cleaned up as it gets!

  • does it just record the flight? or can you watch it as its flying?

  • Cool

  • Whats the name of the song, it suits helicopter stuff

  • That's 'Ride of the Valkyries'. Best known as used in the movie 'Apocalypse Now' for a scene of helicopter attacking a village.

  • thanks

  • i wanna get one of those cameras to put on my schweizer 300c...its much bigger but still eletric

  • i bought a honey bee king 2 helicopter first time i have had a helicopter or tho i have had a go with one pretty diffcult:S

  • I just bought a 7 channel electric heli, looking at buying one of these (cameras that is) now this may sound stupid but do they have live feed ones?

  • Yes, this isn't a recorder it was transmitted live from the camera and recorded on a computer. Just find a camera with transmitter and receiver.

  • with the camera you could use it for super sexy spy missions. like flying into the girls changeroom. genius. depends how you feel about an AVO and a broken helicopter though

  • of course it is, it was a joke you clueless retard

  • but its an idea..i like it

  • lol..just record live what you see. :)

    true dat fella!

  • this is a really cool demo of easy to fly rc helis ~ co-axil. and wireless, light, on-board camera!! thanks so much for sharing!!

makes me wanna add one to my belt cp or lama v4.

    thank you captain!

  • good show i hav the twister bell 47 keep breakin the blades an on my third boom best flyin outside.

  • mini rc helicopter 6

  • motoloko2006 pah pesquisa na net lojas de radiomodelismo ou aeromodelismo q encontras lojas q vendem estes productos...sao é um pouco caros ;)

  • looks like its made of mechano :P

  • thats tite i just recently got this tight rc car called the mini rodeo and im about to put my mini cam on it.

  • Super cool. very good pilot

  • well it is very easy to fly a co-axial heli. so no not really. :)

  • I've only just started out flying RC helis, it can be difficult!!

  • me too..co-axials are not a true heli..the real ones with one main rotor and a tail are hard..the 4 channel kind that is. :)

  • Awesome

  • very cool :) if there's a minicam why would you buy a big cam lol

  • Very cool! :-D

  • NOW TAKE IT OUTSIDE

  • onde compro um helicoptero desses?

  • very EXCELLENT, enjoyed it very much, good use of available technology. Congrats.

  • now it just needs guns =)

  • i got tht same chandelier? at my house at 00:46

  • Watch the guitar mate, i had a dragonfly 4, it scratced my fender big time, it wasnt funny .... lol

  • Yeah it's one thing when the heli crashes, but when it crashes into something more valuable!

  • nice house

  • haha .... thats classic ... he makes a helicopter vid and say nice house :P

  • Lol, he looks serious 2, he didnt even put lol

  • Pretty cool flying around the house. You really show what the XRB can do!!. I LOVE that heli!. :-)

  • what kind is it?

  • Guess I never put the model in the info (just added it). It's the XRB Sky Robo.

  • poor cat =(

  • d they sell the cam at RadioShak

were did u get that heli and hw muck was it

  • when i got it it was 350.00, i dont know about the cam though. BTW, i suggest you dont start that hobby, it breaks all the time you have to go back to the store everyday, not kidding, its a waste of money, in the end you have nothing except thousands of dollars down the drain

  • What Beholded says can be very true, however not always the case. My Hirobo (in video) is 3 years old and has had many flights. The worse has been broken blades that are meant to break first. Kit came with 5 sets I believe and I still have a couple. Usually break a set every time I let a newbie fly it.

  • were do they sell the cams

  • i'd rather have the single propeller one, this is very boring, try the picco z or the havoc heli, you will need a lot of reflex to manuever this so versatile aircraft

  • where did you get a cam that lightweight

  • Nice house, by the way @_@ Better looking than mine even with all your mess
