@nikster369 It's actually DnB/Acid Jazz, but elements that make up both of those also make up hiphop, so they go well together in a surprising way.

SSF4 isn't completely terrible, but it's not great, either. Only a few songs are really enjoyable. 3rd strike on the other hand just has a really really good soundtrack, I mean, listen to this song, you hear that hot ass drumloop?

Thats based only on your opinion own, your speaking as if its fact. There are plenty of people who love the SF4 soundtrack, mean included, and the more I play the more I start to enjoy every stage theme. Also take into concideration SF4 is still brand new, some people still haven't even played it yet and are still stock on SF3 so it will take a while before SF4 nerfs SF3 completely in arcades and becomes the norm.

Techically, Ken doesn't have a "theme" in SF3. There are just stage BGM where he shows up, and even then USA Stage > NYC Stage, seriously I've heard Jazzy NYC enough times to find it really boring now.

Sorry I confused u. What I meant to say was that the SF4 stage BGMs were not interesting. Sorry I mixed it up with the character themes. For example the stage BGM of the army stage in SF4 is not as good as the one in SF2, also the temple stage BGM is not as good as the temple stage BGM in SF2. the SF4 stage BGMs are not as catchy as the ones in previous games. So what I meant was SF4 has uninteresting stage BGMs not character themes. Sorry for the confusion.
