govt take our money and create problems and then it will take even more money to solve that problems, and create new problems. THIS IS HOW THIS BUSINESS OPERATE. Taxes this is main problem, they start collect them to protect us ageist foreign enemies, criminals, govern by small administration and now how many they still? in my country 82% are taxes. 10% (easy to count and it is in bible) is fair tax to achieve that rest of taxes are just ORDINARY STILLING NO MATER FROM WHO YOU STILL..

Okay.. let us get this straight. The TPA has nothing to do with the average tax paying guy or gal in the street! You know it and i know it!

It simply exists to give vent to selfish over paid right wing individuals to rant on and on about over taxed they are..

They somehow think by making it appear that it is a "grass roots" protest group that it will disguise their greedy motives..

@whiskasalpha well i've got a couple of standard grades, gsce's you might call them, no job atm and going to do a national certificate in forestry in the future 10 pounds an hour is a distant possibility for me, yet i think that the current level of tax is ridiculous and the idea behind it is just pure economic fallacy, now answer my question why is higher tax and larger public sector a good idea?

How about the goods and services that you pay for? Why not single them out?

@whiskasalpha i was telling you my qualifications and my wage prospects so you'd see im not some rich "greedy" person, i'm an average guy, the goods and services i pay for are way to pricey for what they are, because of the levels of tax on those companies, to do business in this country is expensive because of things like tax, so prices have to be correspondingly high, you cannot tax a business loads and expect them to sell things cheap, they'd go bankrupt.

I happen to know becuase i am married to a small buisness person and know quite a few buisness people small and other wise... That it is not tax that is the problem...Its larger buisnesses charging too much for what they offer for profits sake! and paying their debts late..

I once worked for a massive firm and i can honestly tell you they were not in it to make a decent profit they were in it for greed! Oh and taxes... they totally screwed them...

@GTOOtt even with a crippling tax burden, charitable donations are still significant. with no tax burden, charitable donations would go through the roof. voluntary contributions would pay for schooling, health, fire brigade. this is not even counter intuitive. a few bastards won't contribute anything, but that's where a giving mentality has to emerge and be fostered within society. peer group & not gov't should be guiding individuals. gov't doesn't guide, it coerces and imprisons.
