  • It is not America anymore.....It's The United States of Paranoia!!!!!

  • Bullshit ! End the fed ! The government has gone too far !

  • In mississippi they will check your cell phone record if you were in an accident. If you were on the phone when teh accident happened you are charged with Driving while distracted. A $500 fine for the first offence. And you will be charged for causing the accident no matter where you were in it.

  • What ever happened to the Fourth Amendment?

  • Go to Cellebrite (.) com to see the equipment.

  • Down with NWO tyranny!

    visit Liberty Poet

    website

  • welcome to the police states of america

  • Heck, on pulling you over. The way I see it. All they need say is they thought you didn't have your seat belt on so they pulled you. Then they thought they smelled something or saw something suspicious like your eyes looked funny. It's unlawful to thermal image your house without cause but how would you know if they did? Then they claim they had an anonymous tip and bam. These guys are paid to lie all day long. Your the only one who "anything you say can & will be held against you" not them.

  • I would like to know if that extractor also works on other devices such as blackberries and laptops?

  • How is called the device the cops are using? And WHO asked them to use it?

  • Why do you think they created them?

  • The EPA head was sued by people that were injured( some died already) from the asbestos, lead, mercury , and other poisons in the air from the demolished twin towers and building 7. She was convicted by a jury , she was sentenced. He conviction was overturned on appeal to a federal judge who said the federal agent was untouchable. That the law of the land does not apply to her or any other agent of the gov. The agent only anwers to rules of the gov. not the law of the land. She said air safe.

  • Just another example of what happens when you make the gov agents untouchable. True you could shoot one in self defence if they try to shoot you. But even that might get you killed because the gov assumes averything there agents does is lawfull, and only the gov is allowed to determine if what there agent did is lawfull and only the gov though supervisors of that agent are allowed to punish them only after there system finds a breaking of rules not laws. The agent must be held to the law or this

  • "Land of the Free"!

  • Yayyyyy, Freedom to the maximum. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Well since we're practically pulling our pants down at the airports, this does not surprise me.

Next we will be strip searched and have geiger counters ran across our bodies to make sure we are not spreading radiation on planes, what a terrorist weapon that would be.

  • @PrinceMio49

I actually wonder why they aren't doing it, a heavily radiated person would have hours if not days to live. And during that time they will cause so many long term and short term cancers to everyone in their vicinity to make a suicide bomber be relatively mild. Perhaps they can't get their hands on radioactive metals, and so much radiation will screw with electronics so I guess it wouldn't work.

  • I doubt my ten dollar TracFone has much to offer them.

  • @999manman What makes you think it doesn't? They've ALWAYS been able to track you down through various means if you used or carried any type of cellphone.

  • @Starry2000 Well, as low tech as a TracFone is I cannot imagine it having these awesome GPS hoarding capabilities and other things that ,say, an iPhone or Android might boast of. I mean, for ten bucks how much technology COULD it have?

  • @999manman

Um, quite a bit? There is also the information that the phone company will have that isn't even kept on the phone itself.

  • @Starry2000 Granted! But will the phone company have your continuous GPS locations, too?

  • @999manman HAHAHAHA....I should consider switching to this special service.

  • @egg64 I rarely use a cell phone...two , maybe three times a month. Last one I had fell into the town sewer system by accident! Haven't missed it since! Might get another ten dollar TRacFone one of these months.

  • They'll probably say that its better this way to avoid possible terrorism **sarcastic smurk**

And we'll agree to it, so long as we are kept "safe". Look at what happened with the patriot act.

  • Excuse me sir but the POLICE are ALREADY violating civil rights ALL OVER THE PLACE and kidnapping kids from their families with TANKS etc. on and on and on.

  • F*** this S***! I only thought the GPS tracking was in but this is effin ridiculous!!!! I have the iPhone 4G. F***!!!!

  • @EnviroNews2012 "I only thought the GPS tracking was in"

What... what... what exactly do you think this is if it isn't part and parcel of the GPS?

  • im alright with my nokia

  • Does 'illegal search and seizure' ring a bell?

  • america has become a joke

  • All hail fascism. Or, don't, and be a liberty advocate.

This is insane. I'm sick of cops thinking that they own everything. And all they do is sit in a car, eating donuts, until someone makes a tiny mistake. Think about it. That's all they do.

  • At GreyGoose: Cops are not the people I would be asking legal questions to. Try lawyers. Cops can and do lie. All the time.

  • I thought America won the Cold War?

  • no achually this guy is way wrong police only need reasonable suspiction i have been told that by a few different cops

  • Shep Smith has come so far in so few years. He is actually a good guy, and a good host. Too bad the rest of Fox can't at least be as good as him, let alone the Judge.

  • America resembles most Muslim countries now.

  • I never thought would live to see the day when the people in Russia were more free than those n the good ol' USA.

  • Which is why I only use pre paid phones. Most cheap ones don't have GPS capabilities.

  • @Mauhadeeb28 All cellphones can be tracked, have been tracked... what you are referring to is 911 emergency (which is actually a good thing) and the ability of the phone to display the GPS to YOU via the screen.

  • @Starry2000 Not true. They can track via towers but unless they have GPS/internet capabilities they can not be tracked to specific longitude/latitude or satellite coordinates.

  • patriot act trumps probable cause or has this commentator been living under a rock for ten years, the new scientific corporate dictatorship is in charge now

  • scientific dictatorship, that is the new world order

  • Wait till the Chinese take over!!!

  • Not since the 'Patriot' Act Executive Order...they do as they please. No probable cause needed. Ppl need to know their tech is for data collection by the feds.

  • Thank goodness I found this out before I bought one -- I was set to buy one this Friday. Not now. Apple is on my s--t list. (Good because they are so pricey!)

  • fucking pigs.
