In christianity you have to get baptized, in judaism its too hard.. In islam you only have to believe in Oneness of Allah and all of his prophets and say "There is no God, but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger."

You could be atheist as well, because worshipping God is not a requirement for non-Jews either, you can still cleraly be a good person in practical life.
Finally, the only people according to Jewish belief who never make it to Heaven are thought to be certain individuals that strove with all their heart to destroy the Jewish people. There are some biblical characters. In recent times, Adolph Hitler springs to mind. It's not hard at all in Judaism, because you don't have to be a Jew. NonJews can get to Heaven, they just have to broadly follow the natural moral laws - don't kill, don't steal, don't commit adultery, strive for justice, don't blaspheme, don't worship material things, don't eat living animals. Following full set of Jewish laws may lead to "front seat" in Heaven, but it's still supposed to be a paradise for everyone, regardless of beliefs. Only totally evil people are condemned.

Thus it is a purely intellectual and spiritual decision to bear witness to the Torah and Talmud and to help ensure its survival from one generation to the next. That's also why converts that are frivolous about religion are strongly discouraged, because nothing new or interesting will be illuminated to them or through them!

It's already present, but not frivolous. Everything needs study - mathematics, law, music, whatever it is, discipline is involved. The same is true of theology. A mature theology is not hopelessly vague or easy to adhere to, hence the guidance of some kind of wise elders in progressing through this process. I would be far more sceptical of a religion which did not require an earnest dedication to really try to understand & get to the heart of the beliefs & culture before joining.

Nearly everyone goes to Heaven in Judaism. Gehenna (Hell) is a temporary stage. The nature of Hell is personal to the soul concerned. So for example, someone that is very passionate about the wrong things would have a "metaphorical" fire. Someone that is cold & humourles might have a "metaphorical" frost & ice. Another idea which is peculiarly Jewish is that you would be presented with all the things you could have achieved if you'd really put your mind to it during life!

The Jewish belief is that God monitors your life, whether or not you are Jewish, and assesses all non-Jews according to 7 "Noahide" laws, which are pretty much universal ones in all societies. Don't kill, don't steal, strive to assist just laws, avoid sexual "immorality" (bestiality, adultery etc), don't blaspheme & don't be an idolater..obviously the last one is not fair on individuals that have never been exposed to the idea of monotheism, so i guess there would be a dispensation.

Well it's a much more detailed covenant for the Jewish tribe, charged with upholding the Torah for all time, protecting humanity from a return to anarchy. So if you want an easy-to-follow relationship with God, go right ahead and join whichever religious community you like. According to Judaism, provided you upheld the 7 Noahide laws (and there is no religion that encourages them to be broken that i know of, if it was it would be a flawed one), Gehenna would not be too onerous. You could be atheist as well, because worshipping God is not a requirement for non-Jews either, you can still cleraly be a good person in practical life.

Finally, the only people according to Jewish belief who never make it to Heaven are thought to be certain individuals that strove with all their heart to destroy the Jewish people. There are some biblical characters. In recent times, Adolph Hitler springs to mind. In other words, the Jewish God is ultimately displeased by genocidal antisemitism, which doesn't seem too much of an unreasonable belief for a Jew to hold.

However, even though it may be tradition in some regards (and i do not even believe it is "3" times, but rather just casual shoeing away because the rabbi does not feel like going through the crap of converting someone who is not necessarily even serious.) However, It is definitely not in the Torah.

My girlfriend is Jewish, but she can take a hike if she ever wants me to convert. I'm not religious, but just watching her jewish family, they are nice people, i think they are liberal jews , not sure though, they are not orthodox , some don't even practice the religion ( like her father ) her uncles live in Israel , and that's all i know about Judaism. bye !!

Not going to be easy to become a Jew and will take years of studying and practice. You have to convince the Rabbi you are ready to become one.
It is a serious commitment and not going to happen overnight like most other religions.

Mostly for two reasons. One, Jews want converts that will follow the commandments, and learning those commandments takes a lot of time.
Two, once a Gentile becomes a Jew they become targets of antisemitism.

I don't understand how someone could "convert" to Judaism. The covenant G-d made was with the descendants of Abraham. How could you "convert" and be Abraham's son or daughter? When your blood isn't of Abraham? In the Tanakh some commandments are specifically for Jews and the rest are pretty much universal, like for us gentiles.
