The oceans emit and absorb 30 times mor CO2 than the human emissions, and human can't possibly increase the CO2 concentration more than 5-10 percent. Scientists in chemistry say this and IPCC didn't care about instrumental measuring record of atmospheric CO2 showing 400 ppm between 1930 and 1940 (a concentration level which abruptly falled according to these measurement equipments).
